The heater was securely mounted at the ceiling to preserve usable garage space. We installed a new gas line back to the meter, pressure-tested the new piping, made the final gas connections, and coordinated with a local electrician for the new electrical wiring.

The exhaust route required core drilling through the brick and concrete foundation. We then installed a stainless-steel exhaust-only flue system to the exterior. A Honeywell T10 WiFi thermostat gives the homeowner convenient control of the garage temperature, including remote access.
