Greenwich Heating & Cooling, LLC is independently owned and operated by Frank R. Kasmarski, Jr., a lifelong Greenwich resident who started working in the trades at 16. After 17 years with another local HVAC company, Frank started Greenwich HVAC in 2017 and remains directly involved in all aspects of the business.
Our focus is on building long-term relationships with homeowners by caring for their HVAC systems through every stage—from installation and maintenance to repair and, eventually, replacement. Frank is also committed to passing along practical knowledge, strong work habits, and respect for the trade to the next generation of HVAC professionals. That long-term outlook shapes how we care for our customers, their equipment, and the future of the trade.
Greenwich HVAC has grown to a team of ten employees with seven fully equipped service vehicles, a fully stocked shop and complete in-house sheet metal fabrication capabilities. This allows us to respond with the tools and materials needed for the job, fabricate custom ductwork and fittings when necessary, and maintain greater control over quality from start to finish.
